Follow the below steps:

For PC users:
-Open Firefox
-Navigate Tools > Options > Network > Setting > Manual setting.

-Then add the below in it
-Proxy: 76.73.41.170

-Port: 80

For Mobile Users:

-Profile name : DOCOMO 3G

-Access Point : TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET

-Go to Proxy Setting in Profile

-Proxy : 76.73.41.170
-Port: 80
-Click on Save
